Delivery & Returns
Please read below our policy on delivery of all items ordered through the Cotswold Country website.
• We offer a FREE postal service to all addresses within England & Wales for all orders over £39.99. All orders of £39.99 and below have a postal charge of £5.95.
• We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 3-6 working days.
• For any goods that are sent out incorrectly or are faulty, we will refund return postage costs.
• For all other returns we do not refund postage charges.
• If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.
• While we endeavour to deliver all items as quickly as possible we are reliant on third party couriers and therefore cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by the delay.

• Returns must be received by Cotswold Country within 14 working days of receiving the goods
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all labels intact
• Faulty items which have been worn will be returned to our supplier for inspection prior to credit/repair
• We have a few items that cannot be returned these are identified individually on the website
• These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Please read below our policy on exchanges of all items ordered through the Cotswold Country website.
• Ensure items are labelled and in original packaging
• Complete the Returns Form sent with the order, detach and enclose it with the goods. Use the returns label address provided, together with the original package if possible
• Post back via Royal Mail and obtain a free Certificate of Posting, this will assist us track your parcel in the event of goods getting lost in transit
• Once goods are received and checked then we will email you with any postage charges (only apply to items that cost less than £39.99).
• Once extra postage is paid we will dispatch replacement item
