The Comfort Craftsman boot is a fine example of RM Williams’ high quality leather craftsmanship. The upper of these beautiful boots are constructed from a single piece of leather which is blocked to shape and closed with a single seam at the heel. The sole is constructed in 8 stages, and includes use of a microfibre sock lining, a leather board insole, forged steel shank and other materials before finally a leather heel with a composite rubber shock absorber is added to complete the boot.
The Comfort Craftsman boot features a chisel square toe, sewn welt leather sole, flat heel and full leather lining. While we endeavour to deliver all items as quickly as possible we are reliant on third party couriers and therefore cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by the delay.

Christmas Returns Policy
All items purchased after 1st November can be returned by 15th January 2013.
- Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (beginning the day after receipt). We will refund for these goods providing they are not damaged or have been worn.
- We will not refund any postage costs in the event of a return for any reason other than a mistake on our behalf. However, if this is the case and an error has occurred, Cotswold Country will accept the costs incurred for returning the goods to company for return or exchange.
- The responsibility for the returning package will only pass into the hands of Cotswold Country upon receiving the item at the Cirencester Store, so customers are advised to send the item with a reliable courier and with a recorded delivery.
- Within each dispatched item from Cotswold Country there is an enclosed returns form. In the event that a return needs to be made please refer to this form for details of the procedure required for to process a return and request a refund. For exchanges with a value of £29.95 or below, we will charge postage to send out the replacement item. Please complete this form with the greatest amount of detail possible so the return can be processed as quickly as possible.
