Please read below our policy on delivery of all items ordered through the Cotswold Country website.
• We offer a FREE postal service to all addresses within England & Wales for all orders over £29.95. All orders below £29.95 have a postal charge of £5.95.
• We aim to despatch all goods that are in stock within 2-4 working days.
• We are able to offer a next day service within the UK for all orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday. This service is chargeable.
• For all other areas there is a charge (see table below).
• For any goods that are sent out incorrectly or are faulty, we will refund return postage costs.
• For all other returns we do not refund postage charges.
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.- Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.
We aim to dispatch goods within 2-4 working days. If the goods are not in stock we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.
While we endeavour to deliver all items as quickly as possible we are reliant on third party couriers and therefore cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by the delay.
Occasionally, the supply of your products may be delayed for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or unforeseen increases in demand. In this case, we will make every effort to notify you as quickly as possible and ensure you are kept informed regarding your order.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (beginning the day after receipt). We will refund for these goods providing they are not damaged or have been worn.
We will not refund any postage costs in the event of a return for any reason other than a mistake on our behalf. However, if this is the case and an error has occurred, Cotswold Country will accept the costs incurred for returning the goods to company for return or exchange.
The responsibility for the returning package will only pass into the hands of Cotswold Country upon receiving the item at the Cirencester Store, so customers are advised to send the item with a reliable courier and with a recorded delivery.
Within each dispatched item from Cotswold Country there is an enclosed returns form. In the event that a return needs to be made please refer to this form for details of the procedure required for to process a return and request a refund.
For exchanges with a value of £29.95 or below, we will charge postage to send out the replacement item
