- If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.- Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.
- We aim to dispatch goods within 2-4 working days. If the goods are not in stock we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.
- While we endeavour to deliver all items as quickly as possible we are reliant on third party couriers and therefore cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by the delay.
